1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Kerby, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Using Kerby

Kerby connects learner drivers with independent driving instructors in Scotland. We provide the platform for discovery, booking, payments and progress tracking — lessons themselves are delivered by independent instructors, not Kerby.

3. Instructor accounts & payments

Instructors must hold a valid DVSA ADI badge and provide accurate details on their profile. Instructor accounts are billed monthly at the rate shown on our Pricing page, after any applicable free trial.

4. Learner accounts

Kerby is free for learners. Payment for lessons is arranged directly between the learner and their chosen instructor unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Provide false information on your profile or bookings
• Use the platform for anything other than arranging or delivering driving lessons
• Attempt to disrupt or misuse the service

6. Liability & disclaimers

Kerby is a booking and management platform. We don't supervise lessons or guarantee instructor availability, pass rates, or test outcomes.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let you know about significant changes before they take effect.
