Why we built Kerby

Learning to drive in Scotland usually means juggling phone calls, spreadsheets, a separate theory app and a wall calendar — for both the learner and the instructor. We thought there was a better way.

Kerby brings instructor discovery, booking, payments and DVSA progress tracking into one place, so learners always know how close they are to test-ready, and instructors spend less time on admin and more time teaching.

We're a small team based in Scotland, working closely with ADIs and learner drivers to build the features that actually matter — not just another booking calendar.
